Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the item's purchase price.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return.

To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all Get Things Done pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

To request a return, please contact us at contact.getthingsdone@gmail.com with your email and order ID number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship.

Get Things Done reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for import taxes or customs duties due payable, Get Things Done will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Get Things Done. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

While Get Things Done seeks to offer a customer-friendly returns policy, please note that habitual returns are monitored and flagged.
